Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, with tracking included.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipping, not the date of order, and can vary due to carrier delays outside our control. Delivery up to 21 days. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Customs, Duties, and International Orders

For orders shipped outside, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs office on delivery.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within [X] business days of the estimated delivery window, contact us at [hello@ridge.com] with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help redirect a package where the carrier allows it.
